Job description

Accountabilities: • Support the delivery of client consulting projects addressing health technology assessment, health economics and outcomes research, market access, reimbursement, and related strategic business needs. • Conduct research and analysis covering payer and HTA landscape mapping, HTA submissions, value demonstration and proposition development, early scientific advice planning, value-based pricing analyses, and other market access topics. • Use industry platforms, secondary research, clinical guidelines, HTA outcomes, pricing information, and other relevant data sources to develop evidence-based insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with internal team members and external resources to design, develop, and deliver high-quality client deliverables. • Contribute to the development of client reports, presentations, analyses, and recommendations, and support the delivery of findings to clients. • Apply business knowledge and consulting methodologies to identify strategic alternatives and determine appropriate approaches to client questions. • Take a solution-oriented approach to projects, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the value delivered to clients. • Build broader knowledge of consulting methodologies, pharmaceutical business models, market access dynamics, and healthcare industry trends through project work and ongoing learning. • Contribute to business development activities, including identifying potential leads, supporting proposal development, and preparing project kickoff materials as experience grows. • Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all analyses and deliverables. • Present complex information and data in compelling, structured formats using effective storytelling, clear insights, and well-designed presentations. Requirements: • Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a closely related field. • 1–4 years of professional experience in a market access, HEOR, HTA consulting, or closely related healthcare consulting environment. • Practical understanding of health technology assessment, HEOR, market access, reimbursement policies, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics. • Knowledge of global reimbursement systems and HTA requirements, with an ability to understand how payer considerations influence market access strategies. • Experience using quantitative and qualitative research methods and synthesizing information from multiple sources to answer complex business questions. • Ability to work with large amounts of data and diverse information sources, identify meaningful insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with particularly strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues, present trade-offs, and develop compelling data-driven narratives. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities, combined with curiosity and attention to detail. • Self-starter mentality with strong accountability, adaptability, and the ability to derive clear decisions and recommendations from ambiguous situations. • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet project deadlines. • Creative, client-focused approach with the ability to build productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. • Positive and collaborative working style, with the ability to contribute effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
