This role supports day-to-day fulfillment, asset and loaner kit management, and field inventory activity across both commercial and clinical channels.</p> <p>This individual will work closely with field teams, warehousing and logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to keep orders moving and assets available. The ideal candidate has experience in medical device or other regulated operations, a working understanding of quality and regulatory requirements, and strong attention to detail in supply chain execution.</p> <p>All duties must be performed in compliance with worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Skills:</strong></p> <p><strong>Fulfillment and Inventory Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute end-to-end order processing using QAD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools to ensure timely and accurate delivery of surgical assets (trays, totes, disposables, kits, instruments, and implants).</li> <li>Monitor fulfillment trends, flag risks to surgical case support, and support corrective actions as needed.</li> <li>Coordinate day to day with warehousing and logistics partners to keep orders on schedule and resolve fulfillment issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reverse Logistics and Asset Recovery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute and help improve reverse logistics workflows to ensure prompt and traceable returns of borrowed and loaner assets.</li> <li>Partner with field teams and 3PLs to reduce turnaround time and increase asset availability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Loaner Program Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support planning and execution of the loaner kit program, ensuring geographic alignment and procedural readiness.</li> <li>Track kit utilization and idle time, and surface opportunities to improve kit availability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Loose Inventory and Ad Hoc Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy for non-kitted implants and consumables.</li> <li>Follow approval workflows and support urgent fulfillment needs with minimal delay.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Customer and Field Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for field sales, clinical teams, and customer service on product delivery and availability, escalating complex issues as needed.</li> <li>Support customer-facing order fulfillment communications and reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Improvement and Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities across fulfillment and asset operations.</li> <li>Perform all work in alignment with quality system requirements and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, EU MDR).</li> <li>Support internal and external audits as needed.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to SOP creation and revisions related to fulfillment and inventory management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> in field operations, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably in the <strong>medical device industry</strong>.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>inventory management, loaner kit coordination, and order processing</strong> in a regulated environment.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>QAD ERP</strong>, <strong>Salesforce CRM</strong>, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).</li> <li>Working familiarity with <strong>quality systems</strong> and regulatory frameworks including <strong>ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR</strong>.</li> <li>Strong <strong>organizational</strong>, <strong>problem-solving</strong>, and <strong>communication</strong> skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a <strong>fast-paced, remote environment</strong> with cross-functional teams.</li> <li><strong>APICS, CSCP, or other supply chain certification</strong> a plus.</li> <li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.</li> </ul> <p>Salary range: $58,000 - $68,000.
