<p><b><u>Job Title:</u></b></p>Talent Acquisition Data Analyst<p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Pay Range:</u></b></p><p>$60,000-$70,000/annual</p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b><u><br /><br />Job Description:</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p>$60,000 - $70,000/annually - based on experience | Full-Time | Remote</p><p><span><b><span>About the Role</span></b></span></p><p><span>The Talent Acquisition Data Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Talent Acquisition, combining analytical expertise with operational support to drive data-informed talent acquisition strategy and results. This role is responsible for managing and interpreting recruitment and people data across key platforms, producing actionable insights for leadership, and supporting the day-to-day priorities of the VP. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences.</span></p><p><span><b><span>What You'll Do</span></b></span></p><ul><li><span>Design, maintain, and distribute regular recruitment dashboards and reports including source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline metrics</span></li><li><span>Analyze applicant tracking and HRIS data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process</span></li><li><span>Identify needs for custom queries and reports in Workday to support talent acquisition initiatives</span></li><li><span>Monitor and audit data integrity across recruiting platforms, flagging discrepancies and recommending process corrections</span></li><li><span>Prepare ad hoc analyses and data visualizations to support leadership presentations and board-level reporting</span></li><li><span>Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive personnel and organizational data</span></li></ul><p><span><b><span>What You'll Need</span></b></span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, preferred</span></li><li><span>1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, talent acquisition operations, or a related analytical role</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with Workday (recruiting, onboarding, or HCM modules)</span></li><li><span>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to extract, clean, and analyze data from HCM and ATS platforms</span></li><li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences</span></li><li><span>High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality</span></li></ul><p><b>About Point Quest Group</b></p><p>Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
