As <strong>BizOps Manager</strong>, you'll be the analytical and strategic backbone for our ops team, standing up the frameworks, systems, and rigor to make Grüns Operations Best-in-Class. This is a role for someone who's already proven they can own a problem end to end in a startup environment, and who's ready to do it with more scope and less oversight. You'll report directly to our VP of BizOps and work as a peer to our existing BizOps team.</p> <p><strong>This role is part of our remote HQ! </strong>We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.<strong> </strong></p> <h2>In this role, you will:</h2> <ul> <li>Build and refine supply chain models to improve reliability of COGS and capacity forecasts.</li> <li>Take full ownership of S&amp;OP and variance analyses, ensuring forecasts and planning are optimized.</li> <li>Lead preparation for monthly business reviews and OKR meetings, aligning stakeholders and leadership on operational strategy and performance.</li> <li>Identify, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives that improve key Ops metrics (e.g., gross margin, inventory efficiency).</li> <li>Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that give real-time visibility into daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends.</li> <li>Provide supply chain assumptions into the financial model, partnering closely with Finance to ensure integrated planning.</li> <li>Translate complex analysis into concise, compelling presentations for executives and cross-functional partners. </li> </ul> <h2>We're looking for someone who has:</h2> <ul> <li>BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field</li> <li>5-7+ years experience in data analytics in corporate, consulting, or investment banking</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences - concise, solutions-oriented, and able to influence partners through clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.</li> <li>High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides</li> <li>Expertise with SQL, with R and/or Python knowledge preferred</li> <li>Exceptional thought partnership skills, able to own direct relationships with stakeholders and build credibility through clarity and judgment</li> <li>Strong statistical skills and intuition for solving problems in both consumer-facing and internal product areas</li> <li>Experience with Cloud Computing (Google Cloud) platforms preferred</li> </ul> <h2>Approach to the role:</h2> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You don't wait to be handed a problem — you go find it, frame it, and bring back a recommendation</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You move between deep analytical work and senior stakeholder conversations without missing a beat.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You thrive in ambiguity and resource-light environments — "we don't have a process for that yet" sounds like opportunity, not friction</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You hold yourself to a high standard of intellectual honesty — you'd rather deliver an uncomfortable truth than a comfortable slide</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You move fast without cutting corners on rigor, and you understand that speed and quality aren't opposites</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You're energized by working on a product you believe in and a team that holds itself to a high bar</li> </ul> <h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</h2> <p data-start="4181" data-end="4598">At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location.
